A Note on Presbytery Retreat Business Meetings

The Program Committee and the Committee on Credentials would like to remind you that Potomac Presbytery is scheduled for two business meetings next month. The first is planned for Monday, September 20, at 3:00 p.m. at Capon Springs, prior to the retreat. The second meeting is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, September 21, after the retreat at 2:00 p.m. The meeting on Monday is for the examination of as many as five men for ordination as teaching elders, plus two men who would like to transfer into the presbytery. Please see the attachments to previous e-mail messages on information on retreat registration. For those who will be unable to participate in the golf tournament on Monday morning, we hope to see you at 3 p.m. on Monday, September 20th.

Potomac Presbytery's annual retreat is scheduled for September 20-21, 2010 at Capon Springs, WV. The theme is "Transformed by Grace: Pastoral Care in the Power of the Gospel and the Spirit" with speaker Dr. Dennis Johnson. Registration deadline is September 13.
